How the calculation works
The calculator divides the material mass by the solvent volume to find concentration. It then converts the target amount into milligrams and divides that value by the concentration to find the corresponding liquid volume.
- Concentration: vial mass ÷ solvent volume
- Liquid volume: target amount ÷ concentration
- U-100 equivalent: liquid volume × 100
